Day 80 Run Challenge

lol. Yep, still at it. 80 consecutive days of running for 30 minutes or more at my aerobic heart rate.

Today was also my first day of an 18 week training program for a 10K race next year.

It was warm and I really struggled to keep control of my heart rate.

Ended up running 4.31 km in the 30 minutes at an average pace of 6:58 mins/km, average heart rate of 151 bpm.

Followed that up with another 2.5 km at 6:42 min/km pace with my heart rate sitting at 164 bpm average. Then did 2 x 20 second “no arms” sprint drill and 1 x 20 second per leg hopping drill.
