Severe Weather Warning? No Worries

Normally I wouldn’t run when there was a sever weather warning issued for my area, but it’s not called a challenge for no reason lol.

Even better, despite the crazy winds and heavy downpour while I was running, I managed to finally break the 4 km mark in the 30 minutes.

Ended up doing 4.03 km in 30 minutes at an average pace of 7:27 minutes per km, average heart rate of 150 bpm.

So ends week 2. It’s been a week of great improvement. Week 1 was a fairly even pace, but this week it seemed like every day I got faster. Check out the comparison chart below:

run challenge week 2 chart
X axis is distance, Y axis is day of the week of the challenge (starting on Friday)

Now to dry off. Hey at least my shoes are clean now lol!
