Warm day today. Low 30s (Celsius). There was a strong Easterly breeze coming off the desert when I ran, which didn’t help matters.
I ran 4.29 km in the 30 minutes at an average pace of 7:00 mins/km, average heart rate of 149 bpm.
Followed that up with 3 km in 19:35 at an average pace of 6:31 mins/km.
Finished off with 2 x 20 seconds “no arms” sprint and 30 metres per leg hopping up a small hill.
Man I’m tired! That was a tough workout for me in the heat.
